"Urban movement primary cover the PE sessions at Ab Kettleby and Somerby primary school. Kat is great to work with and she keeps all the sessions engaging and fun for all ages. All lessons support the development of fundamental movement skills and the pursuit of physical literacy. Each lesson is presented to a high standard and covers the PE curriculum. I would highly recommend urban movement primary to any school looking for quality professional development for their PE teachers"

"We have absolutely loved having Ineke in school to complete PE interventions as well as run the Energise club. She is fantastic with all age groups and completely captivates the children with her fun activities, great sense of humour and kind nature. The children have learnt many physical skills throughout her sessions which have helped with their hand eye coordination, as well as gross motor skills. We would fully recommend Ineke to all primary schools and look forward to continuing work with her."

"Urban Movement run a course at my sons’ primary school and they thoroughly enjoy every session. The skills that they learn through the engaging and challenging sessions, boost their confidence and motivation in all the other sporting activities they take part in.
Kat in particular, has a great rapport with all the children she works with and she does a fantastic job in encouraging them - getting them to reach their full potential, whether that be improving fine motor skills, balance and coordination or teamwork. She does an amazing job to strike the perfect balance between education and fun.
Urban Movement Primary is an asset to my sons’ school and it’s always on the top of the list of things they love to share at the end of the school day. It is definitely one of their favourite aspects of school life."

Balance Bikes

Why We're Great >

“It has been a brilliant experience for our Reception children. Even after only a few sessions, they all made progress in regards to their balance, spatial awareness, co-ordination and their overall confidence.”

My class of Foundation children all thoroughly enjoyed their balance bike sessions with Ineke. The sessions were engaging and fun delivering important safety messages and teaching skills through imaginative games and use of equipment. Ineke skilfully allowed all children to make progress from their different starting points, from those who were initially hesitant to those who were confident to race around. I had very positive feedback from parents and would have no hesitation in recommending these balance bike sessions.

Gymnastics

"Playleaders has made an impact in school with better behaviour at lunchtimes as pupils are actively engaged in struct

Ineke’s gymnastics CPD has given me the confidence to deliver gymnastics to a mixed ability class, with support for children with physical differences to challenging club gymnasts. She left me with a bank of visual resources as an aide memoir for me, but also for the children to use practically within the sessions. The children also enjoyed the challenge of her sessions, many surprising themselves with their own achievements. C. Scott, Yr4/5 English Martyrs CV Academy
